Payment Methods:
We currently accept most popular payment methods such as credit cards and PayPal for online purchases.
Delivery Times:
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise specified on the product page. We ship to US via USPS, UK Royal mail/Evri and by post to most countries. Estimated time is out of our control but it takes typically 7-14 days for most countries.
Order Cancellations:
Unfortunately, due to the international nature of our shipping, we are unable to accept order cancellations once the order has been placed.
Returns and Exchanges:
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for unworn, undamaged items. This is due to the logistical complexities of handling returns across borders.
Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival (e.g., broken during shipping), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will need to confirm the defect with relevant parties like the manufacturer or our logistics provider (e.g., DHL) before processing a refund.
To Report a Defective Item:
- Contact us via contact form or email at cs@diypartment.com with your order number, a brief description of the defect, and if possible, a photo of the damage.
Return Shipping:
For defective items, you are not responsible for returning the damaged product.
Refunds:
Once we confirm a defect, we will issue a full refund for the item and any applicable taxes to your original payment method.
Processing Time:
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive confirmation of the defect.
Out-of-Stock Items:
We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels. However, in rare instances, an item you order may be out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible with options, such as a full refund or waiting for the item to be restocked.
Purchase Limits:
We may occasionally set purchase limits on certain high-demand items. This helps ensure a fair shopping experience for everyone.
